At the time of purchasing your line, you will need to choose a Visitor plan to instantly connect with your friends and family back home during your stay.
The packs are valid for 24 hours, 48 hours, 7 days, 14 days, and 28 days. They can be purchased multiple times and are available to re-purchase at the same price.
The Visitor Line validity is the same validity as your VISA upon arrival. You can migrate your Visitor Line to Wasel Prepaid, our main Pay-as-You-Go line, or to Postpaid, by visiting any e& outlet and presenting your new Emirates ID to fulfil the TDRA registration rules.

You can recharge your Visitor Line using any of the following methods; which are available across more than 10,000 outlets across the UAE:

The Visitor Line is valid for the same duration as your visa, with a maximum of 90 days.
Yes, you will easily be able to enjoy roaming services, but while roaming, the visitor packs will not be available. You will need to recharge your line and the standard roaming tariff will apply.
